This policy explains what information Balance Buddy collects when you use this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep it simple.
If you fill in the “Reserve a seat” or “Book a free demo class” form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your professional background, and any message you choose to add. We don't use tracking cookies or sell your data, and we don't collect anything you don't actively type into the form.
Only to respond to you about the Balance Buddy cohort — to send the curriculum and start dates, answer your questions, and keep you updated about enrolment. That's it.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify Forms), and a notification is emailed to us. We keep your details only as long as needed to follow up with you about the cohort.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We only use the service providers needed to run this site and contact you (e.g. Netlify for forms and our email provider).
